Doughwork is a passion project and full fledge side hustle! In 2020, I enter a journey of attempting to “slow down" and taught myself how to bake bread. Soon following this new found passion project, Covid struck. What became a Sunday hobby turned into a succesfully functioning side hustle and a developing brand. Today, Doughwork by AV has been creating, baking, and delivering on carb goodness. All still made with love, from a home kitchen. One girl, two stand mixers, and one super powered oven!

This FAN FAVORITE is stacked with flavor. Jalapenos are very forward in this bread but the amount of sharp cheddar and garlic help balance it out to the every day jalapeno lover. This loaf is huge! AVG 12-15 slices per loaf.
This classic loaf is great every day dinner companion. Fans love this bread for sandwiches, pizza, crostini, garlic bread, French toast, ect! This bread is “rustic” because it is hand rolled and no two rolls are ever the same. Average length per roll = 9-12in, often delivered sliced in two. $7 per loaf or 2 for $12. Toppings and modifications available upon request and upcharge.

Topped with homemade cream cheese icing featuring a slight warm maple surprise. 9×13 pan with icing for $25. These are very freezer and reheat friendly, see instruction image for best servings. This delicious sourdough is stuffed with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning. This sourdough is always delicious but especially when toasted with butter. This loaf averages around 8-9 in diameter and makes 8-10 slices.

Traditional, savory, and vegan friendly! Our focaccia is long proofed for rich flavors then baked with rich olive oil, fresh herbs, and coarse salt. This bread has a habit of not making it out of the car ride home ;) It is great as is or used as a pizza base. please note that while this bread is vegan friendly, it is not prepared in a vegan kitchen.
This decedent recipe takes the traditional cinnamon roll base and tops the thick rolls with a pecan, walnut, brown sugar, and butter crumble. Pairs great with coffee and cold mornings!
